Zonta e-Club of USA-1 supports several scholarships at St. Charles Community College - support by attending our Dream Uplifter's Luncheon, scheduled for September 15, 2017. It benefits a scholarship fund for "Returning Learners", women who have had their education interrupted and are returning at non-traditional ages and circumstances.All money raised and donated to the foundation will be MATCHED by the school's foundation.
